Monthly Minutes, Town Board Meeting, April 16th, 2024, Beaver Town Hall
Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora
Chair gave a overhaul update on what the town has accomplished since the last meeting in April 0f 2023. What roads have been taken care of, what we have received in grants, etc.
Roll call- Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present.
Motion to approve the agenda by Gisenas, second by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve minutes from March 11th, 2024, by Fendryk, second by Gisenas carried.

Glen Ziemer discussed with the board his views on why he did not get a building permit or any other permits. The board advised him he needed to start with a variance as his home (Mobile – manufactured home) is over 20 years old and under (980 square ft) they will look into the other comments. However, this is where he needed to start.
Building Permits
Axis Remodeling will do a remodel on siding and other improvements, on W7173 E23rd rd.
Motion to approve remodeling permit by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried
KBM Storage will be putting up another section of storage sheds.

Robert discussed getting a estimate on the garage door at the recycle center (we had received one however it seemed a little high so he will contact a few others)
We received our new town truck and will now put the old truck on the Wi Surplus sight.
Motion to allow truck to be put on Wi Surplus by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried
Motion to approve Vouchers report by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Robert Holley requested the someone water the plants outside after they are planted.
Dave Goddard asked when the trees were going to get planted at the cemetery and what kind of trees, they are preferring we plant maple trees and he will keep them watered.
