Town Board Meeting, August 12th,2024
Beaver Town Hall
Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,
Motion to approve the agenda by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve minutes from July 8th, 2024, by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Peggy Miller gave a presentation on running for the Judge and would like our support.
Crivitz Library sent a thank you for giving them a donation.
BOR date will be August 28th from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
Motion to approve Board of Review date by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Building Permits
Carol Danning 30 by 30 garage
Motion to approve permit by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Brian Lepianka addition to open sided storage building 58 by 81.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried
Chett Birr 50 by 80 shed
Motion to approve permit by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Lisa and Frank Wright (Hoida Construction) new garage 30 by 30.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.
AJ Darga presented a variance for J Mitchell for 58 ft from the center of the rd instead of 75ft.
Motion to approve variance by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Wade Berger would like the town to look at putting gravel down and fix the boat landing on Yankee Lake, Dave Bedora (chairman) will look into talking to the representative of the lake association as to the details on this and if the town will even get involved.
We will table the Municipal Court contract until the September meeting.
The town board will look into redoing(updating) some of the town ordinances, we will check into other towns and revise ours as to what would be best for our township. The board will start with the building permit as changes need to be made.
Sandy Starzer would like to split her parcels; she will do some drawings up for the next meeting and the board will look discuss if this can be done.
Robert gave a road report that Willston Spring rd is now completed.
Motion to approve Voucher Report by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Carol Blachowiak asked if she could put a bench by the town hall in memory of her mother. (she will take care of all details)
Motion to approve bench by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Robert Holley asked that we contact our county supervisor in regards to the county anting to put a wheel tax on our roads.
Motion to adjourn @ 8:17pm by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
