                                             Town Board Meeting, Jan 13^th 2025

                                                             Beaver Town Hall

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Pledge

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to approve minutes from December 9th, 2024, by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Dave and Jerome will attend the Board of Review class in Carter on Feb 1^st 2025

Board discussed raising the rent for the town hall from $50.00 rental and $50.00 Security deposit for residents and non-residents $75.00 to rent with a $50.00 deposit. It would be changed to residents $75.00 with a $100.00 security deposit and non-residents would be $100.00 rental with a $100.00 security deposit.

Motion to approve change in hall rent by Fendryk, 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Building Permits

Emily Tadish, remodel of home on 25^th rd, to make livable.-

Motion to approve by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried

Certified Survey Map for Brandon Reckelberg

Motion to approve map by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried

Robert talked about having the clerk check into funds with USDA for a single Axel plow truck cost would run around $220,000.00.

Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Fendryk, 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to adjourn @ 7:30pm by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.
