                                             Town Board Meeting, February 10^th 2025

                                                             Beaver Town Hall

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Pledge

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to approve minutes from Jan 13^th 2025, by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Johnson & Rennie Accounting contract is up for renewal.

Motion to renew the contract by Fendryk, 2^nd by Bedora carried

Building Permits

Gary Debuhr,  Single Family Ranch

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Road report

Robert will look at putting road bans on sometime in February

Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Fendryk, 2^nd by Bedora carried.

Public comment – electors would like another special meeting to go forward with the building permit update.  The Board set a date of February 19^th 2025 @ 9:am at the town hall clerk will post the special meeting at the hall and on the website.

Clerk will look into other towns as to who they have for a court system.

Motion to adjourn @ 7:30pm by Fendryk 2^nd by Bedora carried.
