Town of Beaver Minutes April 15^th 2025

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Chair Bedora and Supervisor Fendryk introduced Jamie Graetz as the new supervisor for the town

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Pledge

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.

Motion to approve minutes from March 10^th 2025, by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried.

Cemetery plots for Karen Galien and her husband, to be buried by existing family, Grace Musta and her husband (tabled until Mays meeting)

Mandy Tieman expressed that she would like attention taken for the bridge on 25^th rd as it is in bad shape. ( It was expressed to her that there is no funding for a project like this at this time.

Building Permits

Ralph Zimmer 30 by 40 by 12 post frame bldg.

Mike Collins Single family 3-bedroom ranch with walk out basement

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried

Kim Holzschuh Replace old porch with new enclosed porch/entrance square footage 552

Motion to approve permit by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried

VandeWalle Farms Heifer Barn addition 104 by 160

Motion to approve permit from Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried

Brian Lepianka, moving house off one parcel and putting on a existing parcel and adding a basement to new parcel

Motion to approve permit by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Brittney Lemon new single-family home 3509 square ft

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Graetz carried.

John Heffernan screen porch to be added to rear river side of house small porch 15 by 18 with metal roof.

Approval pending until we receive a letter from county in regards to the zoning with it being by the river.

Road report

Road bans should be coming off on Monday April 21^st 2025

We will need to get prices on salt shed door as it needs to be replaced.

We will be looking at getting bids for 39^th rd (Trip Program)

West 6^th rd Marinette County will be doing time and material.

37^th rd Robert will be working with someone to change out 2 culverts
