Town of Beaver Minutes December 8th 2025
Call to order at 6:30 pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,
Pledge
Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve minutes from November 24thth 2025 by Graetz 2nd by Fendryk carried
The complaint by Wendy Glynn is being taken care of by Marinette County as they cannot have all those campers on the property. Marinette County sent them a letter and will follow through with the problem.
Jennifer Jardin will not be granted a variance for her property as it is to small, and she will be looking to sell it as it isn’t big enough to build on in the township.
We will not be donating to the libraries as they are no profit just like the township.

Election workers for the 2026-2027 term will be
Tabatha Yoder Chief Inspector, David Patz Chief inspector, Sue Kriwanek Chief inspector, Sue Klatkiewicz, Chris Van De Walle, Ann Van De Walle, and Chris Beson.
Motion to approve all election workers by Fendrky, 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion was made by Fendryk and 2nd by Graetz to increase the cost of bag garbage at the recycle center from $2.00 a bag to $3.00 a bag. Cost will be higher depending on size of the bag (discretion by recycle employee
Motion was made by Graetz and 2nd by Fendryk to get a device for the generator so our electrician will be able to monitor the generator without always have to call him. The cost will be around $327.00 with a $70.00 yearly fee.
Motion was made by Fendryk and 2nd by Graetz to give gratuity to the employees this year along with the election workers.
Building Permits
Joan Kuchta addition to home 12 by 34 square ft.
Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried
Road Report
Motin was made to offer more for the plow truck (38,500.00) if needed as repairs will need to be done before it is purchased.
Motion to approve Voucher Report by Fendryk 2nd by Graetz carried.
Motion to approve Treasurers report by Graetz, 2nd by Fendryk carried.
