                                             Town Board Meeting, Jan 12^th 2026

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Graetz, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present,

Pledge

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried.

Motion to approve minutes from December 8^th, 2025, by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Building Permits

Brian Lepianka139 by 720 Free stall Barn, & 36 by 90 Connecting Barn.

Motion to approve permit by Graetz 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Certified Survey map for Mitch Gusick

Motion to approve Certified Survey map by Fendryk, 2nd by Graetz carried

Supervisor Graetz has been looking into working with Gillett on a court system, he will continue to look into more details on this.  Who would issue tickets, where court would be held ect.

Chair Bedora and Supervisor Graetz will attend the BOR meeting in Carter on Feb 14^th 2026

Road report

Rd salt is down around 35 percent

Robert and Dave will go and inspect the truck before we purchase it as it has been a while if needed, we can offer up to $2,500.00 for as repairs were needed.

Motion to approve Treasurers report by Graetz, 2^nd by Fendryk carried
