Town of Beaver Minutes

                                             Town Board Meeting, February 7^th 2023

                                                             Beaver Town Hall

Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora

Roll call- Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present.

Pledge to the flag

Motion to approve the agenda by Fendryk, 2^nd by Gisenas carried

Motion to approve minutes from Jan 9^th 2023 by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried

Chair Bedora made a motion to rescind photo copies back to .25 cents per copy instead of the $2.50 per copy that was put into place from January’s 9^th 2023 meeting.

Motion to rescind by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Robert talked about the town is looking into replacing our town maintenance truck so we are looking into getting a USDA Grant . We have applied so we are waiting to hear back from USDA.

Motion to approve Voucher report by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried

Motion to approve Treasure’s report by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

We had public comment on 26^th rd and parkway so the board will look into this matter further.

Motion to adjourn by Gisenas, 2^nd by Fendryk carried.
