Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present.
Pledge to the flag
Motion was made to Have the Board of Review adjourn to a later date when the tax roll is ready.
Motion was made by Fendryk, 2nd by Gisenas carried.

Monthly Meeting

G Kinney New Dwelling W/attached garage, 2364 square ft est cost $525,000.00

Larry and Lynn Meyer Metal -Cement Pole shed, 1080 square ft est cost $30,000.00

Chrstina Baenen/Eric Manske Addition on existing shed Living dwelling 896 square ft est cost $40,000.00

Tyler Salesky New construction house with attached garage 4960 square ft, est cost $257,600.00

Bryan Pagel Pole shed 2400 square ft with lean to 3120 square ft est cost $90,000.00

Jim Smith Container garage 46 by 40 est cost $50,900.00

Jim Peters had discussion on concerns at Gilas Lake on a Road owned by Bob Vella
Bids were opened for 13th road blacktopping, (we only received 1 bid) North East Asphalt total was $184,390.00 with a start date of May 10th and a finish date of August 1st 2023 anything not completed after Aug 1st 2023 there will be a deduction of $200.00 per day until completed.
Motion was made to give the project to North East Asphalt, by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
ARPA funds will be used for work on 43rd rd east side of Nelligan Lake.
Motion to approve funds to be used for 43rd road by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
We looked into getting a different building for the recycle center attendant, Robert discussed some options.
Motion was made to go with Old Hickory Buildings out of Oconto by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve Voucher report by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried
Motion to approve Treasure’s report by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.

ANNUAL MEETING
Annual meeting was called to order @ 7:25pm
Approval of minutes from April 19th 2022 by Sonny Grease, 2nd by Winters
Joel Rennie from Johnson and Rennie presented the 2022 audit.
Motion was made to accept audit as presented by David Patz 2nd by Sonny Grease carried.
There were some questions on Emergency Management Procedure’s by Gary Voight.
