Call to order at 6:30pm

Roll call Supervisor Fendryk, Supervisor Gisenas, Chair Bedora, Clerk Patz

Motion to approve agenda by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried

Motion to approve minutes from May 8^th, 2023 by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried

Chairman presented Brian Lepianka moving a house in the Town of Beaver, what is required?

Supervisors stated he would need a certified survey map (for a 2-acre parcel) and any other permits required for a new home.

Jerry Pillath from M &O assessing set the board of review date for July 24^th at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and open book will be July 17^th at 8am.

Motion was made by Gisenas to hire Marinette County for (time and materials) for 43^rd and for 4^th rd. , 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Clerk presented Liquor licenses for the 2023-2024 year

Bob and Laura’s Supper club (Jim Zeitler) Class B beer and Class B Liquor

G 3 up Nort (Jerome and Delilah Gwidt) Class A beer and Class A liquor

The Beaver Saloon (Crystal Leisch agent) Class B beer and Class A Liquor

Meatski’s Quality Meats LLC (Tashina Soletske) Class A Beer and Class A liquor

Motion to approve all liquor Licenses by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried

Cigarette and tobacco Product retail licenses were issued to G3 up Nort, Meatski’s Quality Meats LLC and Beaver Saloon LLC.

Motion to approve all cigarette Licenses by Fendryk, 2^nd by Gisenas carried.

Building Permits

Doug and Tammy LaCount Prebuilt storage shed est cost $40,000.00

Motion to approve permit by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried

David Patz addition to existing shed est cost $25,000.00

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried

Julie Martens New single family home est cost $325,000.00

Motion to approve by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Randy Charapata replacing garage with larger garage est cost $76,000.00

Motion to approve permit by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried

Todd Platt, new Retail store est cost $750,000.00

Motion to approve permit by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.

Motion was made by Fendryk and 2^nd by Gisenas to start work on 43^rd rd and 4^th rd.

Motion to approve Vouchers 20905-20932-20939-20942-20960 in amount of $224,366.72  by Fendryk 2^nd by Gisenas carried

Motion to approve Treasure’s report by Gisenas 2^nd by Fendryk carried.
