Monthly Minutes, Town Board Meeting, March 11th, 2024, Beaver Town Hall
Call to order at 6:30pm by Chairperson Bedora
Roll call- Supervisor Gisenas, Supervisor Fendryk, Chair Bedora and Clerk Patz present.
Motion to approve the agenda by Gisenas, second by Fendryk carried.
Motion to approve minutes from February 12th, 2024, by Fendryk, second Gisenas carried.
Class A Liquor License requested by the Dollar Store
Motion to approve liquor license by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried
Building Permits
Ron Tachick Extension onto existing shed 750 square feet
Motion to approve building permit by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried
Dave and Sue Klatkiewicz New Home construction 1569 Square ft
Motion to approve building permit by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried
Custom Creations extensive remodel for (Sadowski)
Motion to approve building remodel permit by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried
Burt Hicks (Hide-away- Builders) Construction of New Garage 840 square ft
Motion to approve building permit by Gisenas 2nd by Fendryk carried.
Dan Risner has permission by the town to bore underneath 19th road to put in a waterline as long as road is restored to original condition when completed.
Motion to approve Dan Risners request by Fendryk 2nd by Gisenas carried.
Dan Risner has permission to haul loads of Sand for Town of Beaver residents for March 12th and 13th, and then contact the chairman & Public works dept. for further instructions.
Robert Patz, David Patz and Chairman Dave Bedora will attend a meeting on Thursday March 21st 2024 to get further information on the culvert project.

Motion to approve Treasure’s report by Gisenas, 2nd by Fendryk carried
Chris Gisenas has received several complaints on garbage on 33rd rd (Hartline residence) spreading onto other properties, as well as old junk cars, the board will look into this.
